What makes a coating last
An epoxy floor is a seamless resinous coating bonded to your concrete slab. Done right, it shrugs off the things that destroy bare concrete and cheap paint: brake fluid and oil, harsh cleaning chemicals, the hot tires that lift a peel-and-stick coating right off the floor, and the constant abrasion of foot and vehicle traffic.
The difference between a coating that lasts years and one that flakes in a season is almost entirely the prep. We diamond-grind the slab to open the pores, repair cracks and pits, and only then lay the resin so it bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
You choose the look: a decorative flake broadcast for grip and depth, or a clean solid color. Either way the finished floor is seamless, easy to clean, and ready for garages, shops, and commercial spaces.
